Wood Parts

Cut MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) with thickness 5.0mm or 5.5mm using laser cutter.
Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

First, we will order green "Printed Circuit Board (PCB)" and "Stencil" to factory by uploading proper files online. Then we will order electric parts on another online stores. Surface Mount Devices (SMD) will be "reflowed" (soldered using stencil and solder paste). Other parts will be soldered by soldering rod. "Reflow" is a common technique to solder small parts at once and people share how to do that using cheap tools like hot plate or oven.

Hard3D CADCNC machineShop
Aluminium PCR tube holder. Like PCB, there is web service that you can order metal parts by uploading 3D model but that would be pricy (maybe more than USD300/piece for small amount). To make by youself, buy A6063 aluminium plate first. Then operate 3D CAD software to export CAM (Computer-aided manufacturing) file for CNC. Finally, run CAM file on CNC machine to mill part you need.
Lid Heater
You should BUYShop
Lid heater works as dew condensation prevention. Without heating top of tube at high temperature (around 110 degree celcius), solution vapors and liquefy into drops atop of tube. Cheap heaters don't have enough thermal density and it cannot or takes too long time to reach high temperature. We introduce how to make it using PCB but it is not recommended.
Aluminium Plates
Easy
40x52mm and 40x40mm aluminium plates. Thickness can be varied from 1.5 to 2.0mm. Any kind of aluminium works well. You can cut such thin aluminium with box cutter easily.
PC Parts
EasyShop:HeatsinkShop:Peltier
Common LGA115x heatsink, grease and ATX power supply can be used. Maximum operating temperature of common peltier is around 80 degree celcius though PCR process requires up to 100 degree celcius. We recommend Hebei TEC1-12710HTS Peltier Module with maximum operating temperature of 225 degree celcius.
