Working area of laser cutter

Visit nearest DIY place with laser cutter like hackerspaces and FabLab and check required data format and working area (maximum size of wood you can place inside). If it is wider than 367x450mm, you can cut all parts at once. Otherwise, repeat several times with smaller boards.

Thickness of wood plate

Check Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) at your nearest DIY stores. Choose 5.0mm or 5.5mm for thickness and buy required amount of boards. They might cut your board into proper size.
